Responsibilities

Perform physical installation, racking, and cabling of server and network hardware in data centers. Provide first-line technical support and carry out hardware break-fix services at customer locations.

Requirements

Requires 5 years of experience servicing complex X86 systems and a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Must be proficient in English and have a strong understanding of Windows and Linux environments.
