Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end fit-out projects including initial MEP surveys, permit acquisition, and coordination with building management. Oversee the installation sequence and quality control of finishes while ensuring strict adherence to safety and UAE regulations.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with 6-15 years of experience in high-end retail or luxury hospitality fit-outs. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD is essential.
