Responsibilities
Establish Monstro's presence in the Middle East by building executive trust and closing complex enterprise agreements with major banks. Lead the regional go-to-market strategy and build the commercial infrastructure to scale operations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
Requirements
Requires a senior commercial leader with deep experience selling complex SaaS or AI solutions to regulated financial institutions in the Middle East. Must possess a strong network of C-suite banking relationships and the ability to operate independently in an early-stage environment.
