Responsibilities

Provide expert technical guidance and hands-on diagnostic support to resolve complex vehicle faults and improve workshop efficiency. Support service advisors during customer intake and coach technicians to ensure high-quality repair standards.

Requirements

Requires a high school qualification in automotive and at least 5 years of dealership workshop experience, including 2-3 years in a technical advisor or master technician role. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory, and EV/PHEV certification is preferred.
