PRODUCTION SENIOR OPERATOR

Operate complex extrusion machines including Coex and mono with inline printing while ensuring quality standards for thickness and size. Manage production reports, troubleshoot machine issues, and lead helpers to meet KPI targets.

Requires expertise in operating and setting up extrusion machinery and performing quality checks on finished goods. Must be able to maintain a clean workspace following 5S standards and coordinate with maintenance and QC teams.
