Villa Operations Manager

Oversee daily villa operations to ensure high quality standards and guest satisfaction while managing the villa host team. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to handle VIP requests and resolve guest feedback effectively.

The candidate must be a self-motivated leader capable of implementing training plans and adhering to strict service standards. Proficiency in Property Management systems and the ability to manage night shift operations on rotation are required.
