Responsibilities

Lead post-contract commercial management activities for a major development in Abu Dhabi, including cost control and budget reporting. Manage contract administration, payment certifications, and the processing of changes and claims while supervising a Project Surveyor.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering, with MRICS certification and ideally over 10 years of experience in large-scale post-contract consultancy. Must possess a UAE driving license and vehicle for daily site travel.
