Crewing Team Leader – Offshore & Marine

Lead the Central Crewing function to oversee the end-to-end mobilization and rotation of offshore survey, diving, and subsea personnel across the GCC region. Ensure full compliance with maritime certifications and regulatory standards while managing relationships with vessel owners and clients.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 8-12 years of experience in marine or oil & gas crewing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Must possess strong knowledge of STCW, MLC 2006, and IMCA standards.
