Responsibilities

Lead financial analysis and complex modeling for global power, desalination, and renewable energy projects. Manage project finance and M&A transactions, including debt/equity structuring and coordination with legal and credit teams to achieve financial close.

Requirements

Requires a graduate degree in finance, economics, or a quantitative field with over 7 years of experience in financial modeling for the energy and water sectors. Previous experience with an IPP, utility, or investment bank, preferably in the MENA region, is required.
