Responsibilities

Deliver bespoke concierge services to high-net-worth clients by managing complex lifestyle requests across multiple digital channels. Build strong client relationships and maintain partnerships with luxury vendors to ensure exceptional service quality.

Requirements

Requires 3-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality or high-touch service environments, including at least 2 years in a call center. Professional fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory, with French being a preferred asset.
