Responsibilities

The Safety Engineer is responsible for ensuring system safety and regulatory compliance throughout the engine lifecycle. This includes performing safety analyses such as FMEA and FTA, defining safety methodologies, and supporting certification reviews.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in turbofan propulsion or complex engineered systems. Strong knowledge of certification rules (CS-E, FAR33) and proficiency in safety analysis software is required.
