Responsibilities

Lead the multi-phase re-positioning and enhancement projects of the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai. Manage daily project operations, contractor inspections, and asset management to ensure luxury standards and facility functionality.

Requirements

Requires a degree or higher diploma in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a technical field with at least 8 years of project experience, including 3 years in the UAE. Must be proficient in CAD/DWG and possess strong leadership and budget management skills.
