Responsibilities
Manage post-contract services including interim applications, change management, and variation valuations in accordance with FIDIC standards. Develop cost forecasting models and negotiate final accounts with contractors to ensure budget alignment and contractual compliance.
Requirements
Requires a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering with at least 8 years of experience in cost management, specifically within the UAE construction industry. Professional accreditation such as MRICS or AIQS is highly preferred.
