The specialist is responsible for planning and coordinating the delivery of learning solutions across stores and regional levels to align with business priorities. This includes managing learning pathways, monitoring compliance through dashboards, and acting as a consultant for managers and HR partners.

Candidates should possess a diploma or higher vocational qualification in HR, L&D, or Business, with 1-3 years of relevant experience preferably in retail. Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and strong organizational skills are essential.
