Responsibilities

Lead the planning, design, and technical delivery of pavement engineering works for transportation and infrastructure projects. Manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of safe, durable, and cost-effective pavement solutions while mentoring junior staff.

Requirements

Requires extensive experience in flexible, rigid, and interlocking concrete block pavement systems, specifically using AASHTO and GCC standards (Dubai RTA and Abu Dhabi DMT/ADM). Must possess strong technical leadership skills and the ability to integrate geotechnical data into pavement design.
