Culture Change Agent

Acts as a catalyst to facilitate and manage the S.A.Y (Safety Around You) Culture program on the project. Responsibilities include coaching leadership, conducting field training, and assessing the effectiveness of safety tools like TBM and TAKE-5.

Requires a degree in HSE, Engineering, Psychology, or Project Management with at least 10 years of experience as a Senior HSE Trainer or Supervisor. Candidates must possess strong coaching skills, credibility in construction safety, and proficiency in MS Office.
