Responsibilities

Lead pre-contract cost management from concept to contract award, including the preparation of feasibility studies and detailed cost plans. Manage the end-to-end tender process and provide commercial advice to clients to ensure financial control throughout design development.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management and professional qualification (MRICS or similar). Candidates must have 7-10 years of experience with essential prior experience in the UAE/GCC region.
