Responsibilities

Lead the implementation, configuration, and management of the Maintenance Management System to support asset lifecycle management. Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure accurate asset data structuring and seamless digital handover to operations.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and significant experience with CMMS platforms like IBM Maximo or SAP PM. Candidates should have a strong understanding of MEP systems and experience in infrastructure, building, or rail projects.
