Responsibilities

Lead corporate setup, governance, and entity management for new jurisdictions across the GCC. Provide day-to-day legal support, including drafting commercial contracts and managing external legal advisors.

Requirements

Requires a qualified lawyer with a Law degree and 3-5 years PQE in corporate legal roles, preferably within the UAE. Experience with GCC jurisdictions and proficiency in Arabic are strongly preferred.
