Responsibilities

The Director of Affiliates will own the affiliate budget and lead the acquisition and growth strategy for a new market launch. This includes managing partner relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and optimizing performance against KPIs like FTDs and LTV.

Requirements

Candidates need at least 5 years of iGaming affiliate management experience with a proven network of partners in the online casino vertical. A strong analytical mindset and the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment are essential.
