Responsibilities

Lead a small engineering team as a player/coach, balancing people management with hands-on technical contributions in a mixed backend stack. Partner with product and clinical stakeholders to deliver reliable healthcare workflows and improve system resiliency and security.

Requirements

Requires 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years of leadership and proficiency in PHP/Laravel and TypeScript/Node.js. Must have experience with Azure, Terraform, and establishing predictable delivery and quality practices in production environments.
