Responsibilities

Lead the SEN support provision by overseeing student assessments and the development of individualized learning plans. Manage support staff and collaborate with families and external specialists to ensure a safe, personalized learning environment.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Special Education or Education and a valid teaching license, with a Master's or SENCO qualification preferred. Candidates must have at least five years of teaching experience, including three years in special education or inclusive settings.
