Responsibilities
Own and evolve the overall Talent and People strategy while leading company-wide talent acquisition and recruiting operations. Build and maintain scalable people operations systems and create a strong employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle.
Requirements
Candidates should have 5-10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or related leadership roles, ideally within high-growth environments. Proven experience in leading recruiting teams and managing end-to-end hiring operations is essential.
