Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Revit models for Building Management Systems, including DDC controllers and instrumentation. Coordinate BIM models across MEP disciplines and manage collaboration workflows using Autodesk Construction Cloud and Navisworks.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in BIM modeling for MEP or Building Automation. Proficiency in Revit, ACC/BIM 360, and Navisworks is essential.
