Responsibilities
The Project Surveyor manages post-contract commercial activities, including the review and verification of interim payment applications and variations. They are responsible for maintaining commercial logs, evaluating claims, and supporting final account reconciliation to safeguard the employer's financial interests.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field with 7-10 years of post-contract experience in building projects. Proficiency in FIDIC contracts, MS Office, and the ability to travel daily to sites in Abu Dhabi are required.
