Responsibilities
Identify corporate training needs and propose suitable international certification programs to clients across the UAE. Manage the end-to-end process of designing training schedules, delivering proposals, and maintaining long-term corporate partnerships.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in training consultancy or L&D. Mandatory experience in B2B sales and dealing with GCC corporate clients is required, along with bilingual fluency in English and Arabic.
