Responsibilities

Lead the HR strategy and cultural foundation for the pre-opening and operational phases of the Gran Meliá Dubai Jumeirah. Act as a strategic partner to the General Manager to build high-performing teams and ensure compliance with UAE legislation.

Requirements

Requires senior HR leadership experience in luxury hospitality with specific pre-opening exposure and knowledge of the UAE market. A degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or Law is required, along with fluency in English.
