Commis 1 - Dubai

Support the daily operations of the assigned kitchen area to meet guest expectations and service standards. Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in food production while maintaining strict hygiene and safety protocols.

Requires 3-4 years of experience, including at least 18 months as a Commis 2, and a culinary diploma or short course. Candidates must be able to communicate in English and work flexible shifts in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
