Responsibilities
The Beverage Manager oversees all onboard beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest service and operational efficiency across all outlets. They are responsible for driving revenue growth, setting daily targets, and coaching a multicultural team to deliver high-quality service.
Requirements
Candidates must have three to five years of experience in a Food and Beverage Management role on cruise ships. A degree from a recognized hotel or catering school is strongly preferred.
