PMC Specialist Construction Engineer

The PMC Specialist Construction Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing all construction activities on behalf of the Project Management Consultancy for projects executed under ADNOC. This role ensures that construction is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and regulatory obligations.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 15 years of experience in construction within the oil and gas industry, with at least 5 years in a lead role on ADNOC or similar Middle East projects. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with familiarity with project management tools.
