Service Advisor

The Service Advisor is responsible for receiving customer vehicles, preparing job cards, and coordinating with the workshop team for timely repairs. They must monitor work progress, manage estimates and approvals, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Candidates must hold a Diploma or B.Tech in a relevant field. A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the heavy commercial vehicle segment is required.
