Customer Experience Assistant Manager (UAE Nationals Only)

Responsibilities

Manage the Voice of Customer (VoC) framework by overseeing survey launches, data collection, and the publication of results. Act as the primary point of contact for VoC execution and coordinate deliverables between stakeholders and service providers.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree and UAE National citizenship with up to 3 years of experience. Experience in conducting research or surveys is considered a plus.
