Responsibilities

The Growth Lead will build a repeatable demand generation engine to drive pipeline across Business Systems and Advisory branches. This includes owning the strategy, executing multi-channel campaigns, and partnering with RevOps and Sales to optimize conversion rates.

Requirements

Candidates need B2B demand generation experience in SaaS or consulting with a strong grasp of pipeline metrics and commercial judgment. Proficiency in managing complex B2B sales funnels and collaborating with SDR/AE teams is essential.
