Responsibilities

The HR Manager will lead the HR function, managing the HR team and overseeing compliance, employee relations, and workforce planning. Key responsibilities include policy making, employee lifecycle management, and managing HR operations for the India Offshore Development Center.

Requirements

Candidates must be UAE nationals with a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and at least 8 years of progressive HR experience. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and proven people management experience are essential.
