Responsibilities

Ensure maximum guest satisfaction by providing personalized recognition and prompt attention from arrival to departure. Coordinate with Concierge and Butler teams to manage VIP requests, amenities, and special event preparations.

Requirements

Requires a degree from a School for Tourism & Hotel Management and at least 2 years of guest relations experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel. Proficiency in English is required, with additional foreign languages like Russian, Turkish, or Arabic preferred.
