Responsibilities
Lead the pre-opening mobilization, commissioning, and systems validation for the resort's facilities and engineering portfolios. Establish operating governance frameworks and manage outsourced service providers and capital works contracts.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) along with PMP and Facilities Management certifications. Must possess deep technical expertise in MEP systems, building controls, and asset management aligned with ISO 55001.
