Responsibilities

The Flight Crew Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, leadership, and operational delivery of the flight crew to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. This includes overseeing recruitment, roster patterns, career progression, and the implementation of cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates must possess an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with a valid A320 Type Rating and at least 5 years of pilot experience, including 3 years in leadership. Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, safety management systems, and exceptional managerial skills are required.
