The Senior Project Manager serves as the primary client interface to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. Key duties include managing governance systems, monitoring team performance, and overseeing the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle.

Candidates must hold a degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management with at least 8 years of project management experience in the buildings sector. Professional chartership (e.g., RICS) and a recognized project management qualification are highly desirable.
