Chief Steward

Manage the stewarding team to ensure kitchen hygiene and operational efficiency according to HACCP standards. Responsible for inventory control of operating equipment and managing departmental chemical costs within budget.

Requires a High School Diploma and 1-2 years of experience in the same role or 4 years as an Assistant Chief Steward. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure in a physical environment.
