Responsibilities

Create user-friendly content for help centers and craft persuasive campaign messaging across multiple digital channels. Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to ensure cohesive, on-brand communication for both retail and institutional traders.

Requirements

Requires 3+ years of experience in copywriting or UX writing and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Proficiency in Chinese is mandatory to interpret PRDs and communicate with stakeholders, with experience in fintech or crypto preferred.
