Responsibilities

Provide technical support and guidance to students via live chat, email, and exam grading. Contribute to curriculum design, lab system troubleshooting, and the delivery of cybersecurity webinars.

Requirements

Requires OSCP certification and at least 3 years of IT experience, including 2 years in server-side technologies and Linux/Windows management. Candidates must be able to work a 24/7 shift schedule, specifically Shift 1 (05:00–13:00 GMT).
