Project Manager (Bridge Maintenance)

Lead and deliver complex bridge maintenance and construction projects from inception to completion while ensuring quality, timeline, and budget compliance. Manage cross-functional teams, mitigate project risks, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to optimize resources.

Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering and over 20 years of experience in bridge construction or project management. Preference is given to PMP certified candidates who speak Arabic and have proven experience with RTA projects.
