Talent Acquisition Manager - FinTech/Brokerage

Build and own the entire talent acquisition function from the ground up, including processes, tools, and employer branding. Manage end-to-end recruitment across sales, tech, finance, and compliance departments across global markets.

Requires 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within fintech or financial services. Must be a hands-on sourcer proficient with ATS platforms and comfortable managing C-suite stakeholders in a high-autonomy environment.
