Responsibilities

Responsible for monitoring Mobile Core Network and Roaming KPIs to ensure maximum availability and network health. This includes fault rectification, alarm management, and providing first-level support in a 24x7 environment.

Requirements

Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Telecom Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in SOC Roaming. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of Core Network KPIs and programming/automation skills.
