Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to execute people strategies, focusing on organizational effectiveness and cultural transformation. Lead talent management, workforce planning, and Emiratization initiatives to attract and retain Emirati talent.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business and at least 8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering. Must have strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and experience with Shared Services Centers and large-scale HR transformations.
