Responsibilities

Conduct residential property valuations for land, apartments, and villas for loan security and financial reporting. Manage the full valuation process from inspection and analysis to report writing and client presentations.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of valuation experience, including 1 year in residential properties. Candidates should be RICS/AssocRICS qualified or working towards the APC, and must hold a UAE driving license.
