Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end learning agenda to build capabilities, culture, and service standards across multiple hospitality brands. Develop tailored learning journeys and competency frameworks to drive operational excellence and a superior guest experience.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Hospitality and 6-8 years of L&D experience in multi-site luxury service or F&B environments. Proficiency in LMS platforms and familiarity with UAE/GCC Emiratisation frameworks is preferred.
