Responsibilities

Lead and manage the HSSE goals and targets for project delivery, ensuring safe handover to the owner within budget and on time. Develop HSE programs, procedures, and training while monitoring contractor compliance and project performance indicators.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemicals, including 5 years in the GCC region. Must hold NEBOSH or equivalent safety certifications and have extensive experience in PMC, Offshore, and Brownfield EPC projects.
