Quantity Surveyor

Manage all quantity surveying and commercial activities for MEP works, including cost estimation and variation management. Ensure contractual compliance and commercial success through accurate billing, subcontractor valuation, and final account preparation.

Requires a graduate degree and expertise in managing commercial aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting projects. Must be proficient in contract administration, quantity take-offs, and negotiating variations with clients and subcontractors.
