Responsibilities
The Service Advisor acts as the primary liaison between customers and the service department to manage service schedules and ensure a smooth customer experience. They are responsible for greeting customers, documenting vehicle requirements, and achieving financial and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree or 3-year diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of practical experience in a similar dealer position. Proficiency in English is required, while Arabic language skills are considered desirable.
